"Snatch and Tone" 6 week Summer Body Challenge.
Soooo....it's summer again.
And, yes there is still time to look and feel good in your body again.
Life can be stressful, eating habits fall off and workouts get neglected,
that is why you get to "challenge" yourself to get back on track to feeling good in your body.
The "Snatch and Tone" challenge is designed to get you back into the habit of self care,
and if you have a habit of working out, it's an opportunity to step up your game.
This challenge is designed for all levels. You can choose betweeen
daily 10 min workouts, 30 min workouts or 1 hour workouts.
There is a healthy, delicious and easy to follow food plan that will melt away the excess fat.
The best part is, even though you have the convenience of working out at home, you will not be alone.
You will have a place to check in daily and get coaching motivation and
support from Tiffany Rothe and the RotheSTAR fit family.
We have covered everything ,you just get to go shopping
to prepare for the food plan and wake up come home from work and press play each day!
The workouts are fun and easy to follow. You will need :
-a basic chair,
-handweights from 3 to 10 pounds,
-an exercise ball,
-exercise bands,
a jumprope and
-a yoga mat.
If you don't have everything you can do the modifications.
The most important thing is you show up and glow up each day.
